Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77dbd ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 77dbd website located at https://77dbd.app and all associated services, games, and features offered thereon.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or using any part of the 77dbd platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 77dbd platform.

Player Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on the 77dbd platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. 77dbd reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point during the account lifecycle, including at the time of withdrawal.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a hard minimum — there are no exceptions. Players who misrepresent their age to obtain access will have their accounts permanently closed and any balance forfeited.
• You must be a natural person and not acting as an agent, nominee, or representative of another individual or corporate entity when registering or using the platform.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on 77dbd or have had a previous account permanently closed by 77dbd for violations of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the 77dbd platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different mobile numbers, different names, different devices, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your mobile number and password. All activity that occurs under your account credentials is deemed to be your activity, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 77dbd support immediately.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the point of registration. Providing false information is grounds for account termination.
• You must notify 77dbd promptly if any of your registration details change, including your registered mobile number. Failure to maintain current contact details may result in delayed or denied withdrawals.
• 77dbd may, at its sole discretion, require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification from any player at any time. Failure to complete KYC when requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is completed.
• 77dbd reserves the right to close, restrict, or suspend any account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, Terms violations, or irregular betting patterns, with or without prior notice.

Deposits and Withdrawals

77dbd accepts deposits exclusively through the following Bangladeshi mobile money platforms: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 77dbd does not accept deposits in foreign currency, and no currency conversion facility is offered on the platform.

Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile money account used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, as a standard anti-money laundering control. 77dbd reserves the right to request verification documents before processing any withdrawal request. Processing times for withdrawals vary depending on the payment provider but are typically completed within minutes for verified accounts.

• Funds deposited into a 77dbd account may only be used for the purposes of placing bets and participating in games available on the platform. Deposits may not be used to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal player behaviour, as determined by 77dbd at its sole discretion.
• 77dbd is not responsible for delays or failed transactions caused by your mobile money provider, network outages, or events outside our reasonable control. If a deposit is not credited to your account within 30 minutes of a successful transaction on your mobile money app, contact 77dbd support with the transaction reference number.
• Withdrawal requests submitted by accounts that have not completed identity verification may be held pending until verification documents are received and processed. 77dbd aims to resolve KYC verification requests within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation.
• Any funds that remain in an account that has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to an inactivity charge as specified in 77dbd's current fee schedule. Players will be notified by message to their registered mobile number before any inactivity charge is applied.

Bonuses and Promotions

77dbd offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and reload promotions. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotions page at the time the offer is made available, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.

Bonus funds credited to a player's account must be wagered the specified number of times before any portion of those bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiple applicable to any given offer will be stated clearly in that offer's terms. Until wagering requirements are met, the bonus balance is non-withdrawable but may be used to place bets on eligible games. Real-money balances deposited by the player are always withdrawable at any time, independently of any active bonus.

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account closure.
• 77dbd reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and recover any bonus funds that were granted as a result of a technical error, system malfunction, or exploit by a player.
• Bonus funds may only be used on games and bet types specified in the offer terms. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are not applicable to bets placed on sports betting markets where the odds are less than 1.50.
• 77dbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players via their registered mobile number where reasonably practicable.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, matched betting using bonus funds, or coordinated exploitation of promotional offers across multiple accounts, will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings and may result in permanent account closure.

Responsible Gaming

77dbd is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and must not be treated as a means to generate income or resolve financial difficulties. 77dbd provides deposit limit tools, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options to all registered players. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 77dbd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of your balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit any game or promotional feature in a manner not consistent with normal human gameplay.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity with other players in a manner designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics.
• Using the 77dbd platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that is illegal under applicable law.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any area of the 77dbd platform, server, database, or the account of another player, including through hacking, phishing, or social engineering techniques.
• Registering more than one account, allowing a third party to use your account, or using another person's account with or without their knowledge.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 77dbd platform, including but not limited to its design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of 77dbd or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 77dbd platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 77dbd platform without prior written authorisation from 77dbd.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77dbd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the 77dbd platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of funds held in your account due to circumstances outside 77dbd's direct control, or any interruption to the availability of the platform.

77dbd does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While 77dbd takes reasonable technical precautions to maintain platform availability and security, you accept that the internet is an inherently variable medium and that service interruptions may occur from time to time despite those precautions. 77dbd's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform, under any cause of action, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to 77dbd in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments and Governing Law

77dbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 77dbd will endeavour to provide notice to registered players via their registered mobile number or by posting a prominent notice on the platform prior to the change taking effect. Your continued use of the 77dbd platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
